Q. Isn’t it going to be expensive for you to ship my drugs from Israel?
We charge one low fee of $14.95 USD per package. This fee is charged per package, not per prescription. This makes it easy for you to save money by ordering strategically:
- Pack multiple medications together.
- Bundle prescriptions for your whole family.
- Order a 90-day supply of medication instead of a 30-day supply.
If you would like more than one prescription shipped in the same package – especially if the prescriptions are for different people – be sure to let us know by phone or fax. We will make every effort to fit all your medications in one package, and you will be charged only one shipping fee. You will only have to pay more than one shipping fee if your medications will not fit in one package.
Q. How long does it take for an order to arrive?
All new prescription orders take approximately 21-26 days to arrive, from the time you submit your order. Refill orders require less processing time and usually arrive within 14-19 days.
PLEASE NOTE U.S. Customs can hold any package for up to 30 days. Unfortunately this is beyond the control of our Israeli pharmacy, so you should keep this in mind when placing your order. You can track your order using our website.
Q. I don’t live in the United States. Will you ship my prescription to me?
Our Israeli pharmacy is only able to serve patients living in the United States at this time.
