Q. How do I order a refill on a prescription?

The most efficient way to order a refill is by phone. Call us toll-free at 1-888-635-3816. You can also order refills online or by fax. If you are ordering a new prescription as well as a refill, you can request to have them packaged together to save on shipping costs.

Quick tips for ordering:

• Use our Drug Browser to find the drugs you need or to look up prices.
• When filling in an order form, be sure to print clearly.
• Whenever you order a new medication, whether you are a first-time customer or a regular customer, remember to fax us your new prescription.

Q. Will I need to provide a prescription?

Yes. You must provide a valid prescription to order drugs from our Israeli pharmacy. A valid prescription is written by a physician licensed to practice medicine and write prescriptions in your country. The prescription must be less than one year old.

Q. When do I need to provide a new prescription?

There are two circumstances in which you must submit a new prescription:

1. Your original prescription has run out.
2. A full year has elapsed since your prescription was written.

Q. What other information will you need from me?

The most important piece of information is your prescription, but we also need:

• Your contact information.
• Relevant health information.
• The names of the drugs you wish to order.
• Your preferred payment method (VISA, MasterCard or electronic check.)

Q. What quantity of medication can I buy at a time?

You can buy up to a 90-day supply of your medication at a time. This is the maximum quantity our Israel pharmacies online are permitted to dispense to our U.S. patients for their personal use. If your physician has prescribed more than 90 days of medication, we will happily provide up to one year of refills at your request.
