New customer orders New customers should receive their orders between 21-26 days after submitting their prescriptions.
Refill orders Refills should arrive 14-19 days after the order is placed.

$14.95 USD shipping fee We charge one shipping fee per order, not per prescription. If you are taking multiple medications or ordering for more than one family member, you can request to have several prescriptions packed together. Provided all your medications fit in one package, you pay only one shipping fee.
Israeli-Pharmacy will accept full responsibility under this shipping method for any loss or damage to your order, unless clearly not our fault (i.e. if we are given a wrong address.)
Unless otherwise indicated, all prescriptions dispensed by our Israeli pharmacies will be shipped by this method.
